On a Mission with a Vision

At Lush, we are on a mission to only provide you pieces which are sustainable and have nothing but positive impact on the planet. Having said that, we strive to provide you only which apparels that are timeless and comfortable.

Soft as Cashmere

Our bamboo fabric shall win hearts merely based on touch and feel as it is extremely soft and feels like cashmere and it keeps getting softer with each wash without losing its shape.

Comfortable

Bamboo is extremely comfortable because of presence of micro-holes allowing to have superior absorption. Its fibres absorb 40% more than any other type of fibre. This makes it perfect for outdoor activities.

Anti-microbial (Naturally)

Yes, you read it write. It is naturally anti-microbial because of presence of ‘bamboo kun’ that is a bio-agent found in bamboo. This means it shall keep you odour- free and smelling fresh for longer.

Kind to Sensitive Skin

Because of its soft lustre and anti-static properties, it is kind to sensitive skin right from toddlers to the elderly to the allergy prone people.

Temperature regulating

Comfort in any season. Natural fibre insulation naturally regulates your body’s temperature. Cool in summer and warm in winter. How great is that?

Trees are good for the environment but bamboo is even better

Bamboo helps clean the air we breathe. Bamboo grass absorbs five times more CO2 from the air than the equivalent amount of hardwood trees. Not only that, two thirds of the carbon is stored in the soil and root system which – unlike other trees and cotton- isn’t dug up when the bamboo is harvested so the carbon stays in the ground. Bamboo also releases 35% more oxygen than its hardwood tree equivalent.

Biodegradable

The idea of sustainability is to ensure that our actions taken today doesn’t impact the lives of future generations. With bamboo, this is well taken care of as it is completely biodegradable.

No Pesticides & Fertilizers

Bamboo doesn’t need pesticides in order to thrive. It naturally protects itself from crop-destroying insects, so there is no need for hazardous pesticides or chemical fertilizers. Bamboo also requires little irrigation or no irrigation at all.

Reduces Carbon Footprints

Bamboo helps reduce the carbon emissions as it absorbs more carbon dioxide and releases oxygen in the air. Natural resources preserved today provides a better life tomorrow.
